project objective

Transforming a takeaway-only pizzeria into a place that would create a community around itself. Rebranding, creating a place from scratch, creating consistent visual communication, and an entire communication system with a new group of recipients.



what i value most in the project

What I value most about this project is its comprehensiveness. The project was created entirely by one team, which gave us full control over each element of the project. After the project was delivered, it evolved over the following months during work on marketing and communication with the client. It is interesting to work on a concept in which there is more than one way of expression - graphics, interior design, and in later stages also marketing and events.

What is joker food&friends?

JOKER is a restaurant in Nowa Huta whose main goals are to create a community of people who love good food and an equally good atmosphere.

about the process

The whole process began with analyses of business and ideological goals. We went through an idealistic vision of the place that Joker was to become, to understand what the client expected and what they were striving for. This allowed us to define brand archetypes, potential audiences, touchpoints and key values. We set goals and created a plan that would allow them to be implemented step by step.

Rebranding

Joker was supposed to transform from a takeaway pizza restaurant into a place where you could come and order different dishes. Throughout the whole process, we focused strongly on the vision of the place and the community that the customer really wanted to create. In this way, we quickly came up with the slogan JOKER food&friends, which became part of the name.

The premises required preparation of a design for the restaurant part, but also thought over and organization of the premises’ back office and the employee part, taking into account all sanitary requirements. After completing the design, we reached the implementation part, in which we also took an active part.

Social media

Our goal was to build a concept of communication with the client, a key visual, which could later be consistently continued and expanded. In addition to posts in the form of graphics, many graphic elements were created for films, the purpose of which was to promote events. Below are sample posts and links to social media.

In addition to social media promotion, many campaigns were also created to introduce new products or seasonal menus or events. For this purpose, banners, seasonal menus, table advertisements, leaflets, roll-ups were created.

The website was built using a template on the WordPress platform.
The process included choosing the best form of website creation for the client, taking care of all necessary issues such as domain and hosting. Presentation of proposed templates and options. Implementation of the shared vision of the website according to previous arrangements.
